1. Service Agreement

By booking with BB Elite Private Transportation ("BB Elite," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. BB Elite provides private SUV transportation services in and around San Diego, California. All bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability.

2. Reservations & Deposits

A $10 booking request fee is required to submit a booking request. This amount is applied toward your total fare once the booking is confirmed.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking. All requests are subject to driver and vehicle availability. Your trip is confirmed only after BB Elite reviews availability and notifies you by phone or email, normally within 1 hour of your request.

If BB Elite cannot provide a driver for your requested time, you may choose either a 50% refund ($5) of the booking request fee, or the full $10 applied as credit toward a future BB Elite trip. We will contact you to confirm which you prefer.

This deposit also serves as a security and identity verification measure. Requiring a verified payment method confirms that each reservation originates from a genuine customer, and helps BB Elite prevent fraudulent bookings, prank or automated reservations, duplicate requests, and no-show dispatches that leave drivers stranded and unpaid. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor; BB Elite does not receive, view, or store your card details at any point.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours before pickup: Full credit toward a future trip (booking request fee non-refundable).
• 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% of total fare charged.
• Less than 12 hours before pickup: Full fare charged.
• No-show: Full fare charged. Driver will wait up to 15 minutes.

4. Fare & Payment

Fare estimates are calculated based on distance, time of day, and traffic. Final fares are confirmed by the driver before departure. Customer offers are subject to driver approval. BB Elite accepts Cash, Card, Zelle, and Invoice as payment methods for the balance due.

5. Liability Waiver

BB Elite is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Passengers travel at their own risk. BB Elite carries commercial vehicle insurance as required by California law. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

By booking with BB Elite, you waive any claims against BB Elite for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transportation services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must comply with all California traffic and safety laws, including seatbelt requirements. BB Elite reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior without refund.

7. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

BB Elite collects personal information (name, phone, email, pickup/drop-off addresses) solely to provide transportation services and communicate with you about your booking. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your California rights include:

• The right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
• The right to request deletion of your personal information.
• The right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell data).
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

8. Data Retention

We retain booking records for up to 2 years for business and legal purposes. Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe — BB Elite does not store your card details.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County courts.
